Shipping policy

The International African American Museum Shop can ship orders to all locations within the United States-- Hawaii, and Alaska. Currently, Canada and International shipments are unavailable, more shipping destinations will be available as the IAAM grows.

Our shipping and handling options include standard shipping, 2nd Day Air, and local pickup. Business day refers to Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. To ensure the prompt delivery of your order, we recommend that you place your order by 12 P.M. EST, Monday–Friday. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are currently not available. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes.

In-stock Standard Shipping orders should be delivered in 7-14 business days via UPS Ground services. Expedited shipping orders should be delivered in 3-5 business days vis 2nd Day Air. In-stock orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii should be delivered in 10-14 business days via UPS air services. 

It is important to note that products ordered together might not be shipped together.
