IAAM Gift Shop Online Policy

Customer Service Hours:
Our customer service team is available Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. For any inquiries, please contact us via email at customersvcretail@iaamuseum.org during these hours. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 48-72 hours during business days.

Return & Exchange Policy:
At IAAM Gift Shop, we take pride in the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide a replacement in the following cases:

  • Items damaged during shipping.
  • Incorrect items received due to fulfillment errors.
  • Sizing discrepancies where the wrong size was sent in error.

To process an exchange or replacement, please email our customer service team with:

  • Your order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • Clear photos showing the damaged or incorrect item.
  • A copy of your purchase receipt.

Requests for replacements must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

Shipping & Order Issues:
If you receive a damaged product, the wrong size, or an incorrect order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Our representative will assist you in resolving the issue by providing further instructions for returning the incorrect item, if necessary, and ensuring a replacement is shipped promptly.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was made on our part.
  • Replacements will be shipped using standard shipping methods, and tracking details will be provided.
  • Items purchased from the IAAM Gift Shop at our physical museum location cannot be returned or processed through our online store and customer service inquiry. Any issues with in-store purchases must be addressed directly at the museum gift shop.
